Welcome to Briefshots. By accessing or using our website, AI summarization services, and automated video intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Description of Service

Briefshots provides AI-driven YouTube video analysis, structured transcript summarization, and multi-channel delivery (Email, Telegram). Services are available via free trial and paid subscription tiers.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access Briefshots features, you must register for an account using a valid email address or supported OAuth provider (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Free Trial: Includes 250 minutes of monthly video processing capacity.
• Paid Subscriptions: Premium tiers (Pro, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard Billing Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer system architectures, or attempt unauthorized access to platform databases or serverless APIs.

5. Limitation of Liability

Briefshots provides AI-generated summaries on an "as-is" basis. We strive for high accuracy but are not liable for decisions made based on summarized third-party video content.
